Steps to fix this issue :
1: Remove the boot.properties file from the managed server directory.
domain/<DOMAIN_HOME>/servers/AdminServer/security/boot.properties

2: Remove the AdminServer/data/ldap directory completely.
domain/<DOMAIN_HOME>/servers/AdminServer/data

3. Remove the AdminServer/tmp directory completely.

4. Remove the AdminServer/cache directory completely.
